Incorporation Procedures
It normally takes a few working days to set up a new limited company. All that we require is photo ID & two proof of addresses for all Directors and Shareholders, a specified company name and details of the registered office address. If you register a new limited company with us, you will receive the following documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Article of Association
- Resolutions
- Share Certificates
- Bank Reference Letter (confirming Shareholders and Directors), this is always required to set up a business bank account
